Two challenges to President Biden’s mandates to be heard in January.
As new cases of COVID-19 have spiked around the country, the Supreme Court announced last week that it would hold a special session in early January to determine the legality of vaccine mandates. If approved by the Court, about 87 million workers would be affected by the president’s executive order.
Two of President Biden’s policies are being challenged at the court. The first calls on OSHA to require companies with over 100 employees to require negative COVID-19 tests or proof of vaccination. The second requires health care providers to be fully vaccinated by January 4 or lose Medicare and Medicaid funding.
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For the Supreme Court justices to have wisdom from the Lord on how to rule on the mandates.
- For the president’s administration as they seek to improve public health through their decisions.
- For the president and his advisors to seek God’s direction as they issue orders and mandates.
